Cran-Apple Gin Holiday Cocktail
I added this cran-apple gin holiday cocktail recipe to my new recipe journal. I juiced fresh cranberries and apples to create a homemade simple syrup for the cocktail. The syrup added so much flavor. You have to try it over the holidays if you’re looking for a sweet fruity cocktail to share with your guests.

1 Juicer
1 shaker
1 strainer
1 pot
For the Cran-Apple Simple Syrup
- 2 Apples
- 1 cup Cranberries
- 1/2 cup Sugar
For the Cocktail
- 1 oz Cran-apple simple syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
For the Cran-Apple Simple Syrup
Wash and add cranberries and sliced apples into the juicer
Pour 1/2 cup of the juice in a measuring cup
Heat a pot over medium heat. Pour sugar and juice into pot and whisk until it bubbles for 4 mins
Pour 1 oz of the cooked simple syrup into a shot glass and set aside
For the Cocktail
Add ice to shaker
Add fresh lemon juice, gin, and cran-apple simple syrup to shaker and shake
Strain and serve. Garnish with cranberries and rosemary
