Slice the brioche loaf into thick slices. Thicker than sandwich bread slices.
Combine eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix the mixture together with a whisk.
Pour mixture into a low shallow pie dish.
Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat.
Turn a slice of brioche bread into the mixture so that both sides are coated.
After the butter has melted and foamed, add the coated brioche bread.
Cook until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Once the brioche has been flipped, cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Place the cooked brioche french toast in a serving dish.
Repeat the cooking process.
Top with Banana Foster and pecans.
